Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale and will be liable for exchange, return, refund or
cancellation only as per the below mentioned terms.
At ISME kart, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering
that used products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of used products once sold
or delivered.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our
warehouse. There will be a cancellation charge of Rs. 50/- for cancelling an order which is not
dispatched.Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot issue a cancellation.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible only in cases of damage during transit or quality issues with the product. The
customer is required to email us at care@ismekart.com within 2 days of delivery. Please provide your
order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue for our
understanding.
The products must be returned in a sale-able condition with the original receipt intact and in their
original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by ISME kart/ Vendors at ISME
kart.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business
days.
Returns and Refunds:
All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale. No refunds will be processed once the order has
been dispatched.
In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or
replacement will take place only if informed within 2-3 days from the time of delivery.
The customer is required to email us at care@ismekart.com within days of delivery. Please provide your
order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue for our
understanding.
Once the request has been vetted by our team, we will confirm the same via email. The process will be
completed within 7-21 business days. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will
not be covered under this Policy.
